Calling all airsofters looking for a team:
Advanced Tactical Mittens is Recruiting!
We stand for representing Michigan (That's where the "Mittens" comes from) and having a bunch of fun on the field, while taking it seriously and incorporating teamwork into our style of play.
We are based in South-East Michigan, Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor/Canton area. Our "home" field is the Ypsilanti Matrix Airsoft field that has just opened up. We are looking for anyone willing to be on a team.
Basic Requirements to be "qualified" for the team:
-Woodland MarPat is the team's primary BDU, but any other Green based camouflage is acceptable.
-Age limit of 18+ (Certain exceptions will be made if you are under 18 and can be vouched for).
-Capable of traveling and showing up to events as a team.
-Plate carriers/chest rigs are required.
-Must own a decent and functioning AEG/GBB.
-Must be willing to have fun.
-Must be willing to take the sport serious.
-MUST HAVE teamwork skills and communication skills to ensure the success and function of the team.
We are a very laid back team, we don't follow a set, "chain of command", we just have two leaders who run basic functions of the team. We spread powers around to other group members, so the new guy won't feel left out and unwanted. No big decisions can be made without discussing it with the team first, and getting a general agreement from the team.
Although we are laid back, when out on the field, we will take it pretty seriously. We enjoy teamwork and skill, not run and gun solo man trying to be a hero.
Positions we are looking for:
Infantry:
3-5 people.
One Sniper/Spotter squad. (Note: MUST OWN GHILLIE)
Flank team:
3-5 people.

Once you have provided the information above, we will discuss your placement on the team.
When you are approved you will be evaluated by the team, during a game to see how you will function as part of ATM. If the team agrees you will be a good asset to the team we will keep you, if not, you will no longer be apart of ATM.
*Note: the parts where I stated "insert slogan/logo here", just ignore for now, we're in the process of creating a slogan, and we have a logo on the way*
